History of MBI-BULGARIA Ltd.

MBI – Bulgaria Ltd. was established in February 2005, in Sofia, and in May 2005 the company purchased a plot of 33000 m2 in Kavarna where the production halls covering an area of 2500 m2 are situated. Since its establishment in 2005, MBI-Bulgaria Ltd. has been a 100% private company property of the Italian company “MANTOVANIBENNE”-manufacturer of earthmoving buckets and demolition grapples and attachments.

The company operates in the field of general machine building industry – weld metal structures. The company is organized in a way that allows it to react as quickly as possible to satisfy the market needs and customers requirements.

For that purpose, the company operates and maintains a material storage yard with capacity of 500 mts, as follows:

• S355 sheet metal, thickness from 2 to 50mm;
• Special wear-resistant steel HARDOX 300/ 400 , thickness from 6 to 50 mm;
• Thick wall seamless pipes;
• Shaped rectangular strips;
• Special profiles for bucket blades HARDOX 400/500;
• Great quantity of bucket cutting blades of the French company FEURST and KOMATSU system K-max.

The company has modern CAD/CAM and nesting software for optimization of the preparatory pre-production process.

At the end of 2013 at MBI Bulgaria Ltd. is implemented a certified system for quality management in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
